All Clear Lake Area Businesses – big and small – as well as Organizations, and People in our Community are welcome to sponsor all of our events in Clear Lake throughout the year. We also encourage everyone to get involved by becoming members!

What do sponsors get?
Sponsors get recognition at our events, on our website (clearlakewi.com), and on our event posters (depending on level of sponsorship.) We run solely on sponsorship dollars; our events are fully funded by sponsors along with any proceeds from sales of food and beverages.
Sponsors are also encouraged to join us as members to collaborate with other local business sponsors and help promote each other.

There are two ways of sponsoring the Civic & Commerce: monetary donations and service donations. Sponsors can do either — or most commonly both. Your sponsorship tier will be determined based on the total value of monies and services donated.
Are sponsors members?
As a sponsor, your company will be able to send up to two ambassadors. Ambassadors are members who represent your business and themselves, and can help the board make decisions on various things throughout the year. They have a vote at our annual meeting, per our bylaws. And, they are encouraged to volunteer to help with events.
Donations
Can I send money without being on the banners, website, etc.?
Yes, of course! Anonymous donations are welcome. If you prefer not to be recognized for your contribution, payments are always welcome via check, Paypal or cash. Please note with your payment that you wish for your donation to remain anonymous.
Members
What do Civic & Commerce members do? What is expected of me?
Membership in the Civic & Commerce means sharing ideas and collaborating to hold events for the community. Members lend their time and talents to the area civic groups and businesses to help them promote. And, members volunteer their time at regular monthly meetings and/or events throughout the year. They make Clear Lake a great place to live, work, play and grow!
Who can be a member?
All are welcome! Anyone with a shared interest in events (civic) and/or business (commerce) are welcome to either help with events or attend meetings — or both!
How does a person become a member?
To become a member, simply join us at our next meeting.
