Clear Lake Days 2023 will be rockin’!

The Clear Lake Civic & Commerce is thrilled to present Chris Kroeze with his Full Band on Saturday night, June 24, for the street dance at Clear Lake Heritage Days.

We anticipate a fantastic turnout, and we encourage local businesses to join us now, and make the most of it! The Civic & Commerce mission is to help businesses and our community prosper. We are working on a strategic plan to cross-promote businesses to make the most of this big event for everyone involved. Clear Lake Heritage Days began more than 75 years ago as an ice cream social in the park, hosted by the Cooperative Creamery. In the late ’60s, a group of local enthusiasts added music and rides to the celebration and before long outgrew the confines of the park, moving to Main Street. These days, the 4-day weekend is full of activities from a kid’s pedal tractor pull, to petting zoo, carnival with awesome rides, and even a sawdust pile stocked with money! Grown-ups will have plenty to do too, from the Main Street Vendor Fair with more than 50 selling unique wares, to

Chris Kroeze (pronounced Cruise-E) is most famous for being the runner-up on NBC’s THE VOICE vocal competition. His vocal and guitar skills, combined with a small-town charm, led Kroeze to become the most streamed artist in the show’s history. He has a Top 5 Country Song, and a #1 ROCK Song on iTunes. Chris has been featured in USA Today, Rolling Stone, and is a small-town guy at heart, from right around the corner in Barron, Wisconsin.

Chris headlined a show at Aquafest for over 5,500 fans and has had a number of stops in which he has sold out multiple nights in a row, yet he still returns for pop-up shows at local digs that he used to play at early in his career.

Kroeze has developed a large military fan base as well, in 2020 making his 10th overseas tour, and he is a recipient of the Red Cross Community Hero Award.

With single hits such as “Tie a Knot”, “Same Ole”, “Human”, and “Summer Song” — a song about growing up in Wisconsin, enjoying the sacred days of beautiful summer weather out on the lake during the day and sitting around the campfire playing guitar at night — Chris, along with his full band, puts on a rockin’ performance that has sold out huge crowds across the world. His new single, “Money” shows the diverse strength and appeal Kroeze offers, pushing the borderlines of country and rock with a unique musical track, a song that is “all about bragging on your lady.”
